praxis 2

praxis by : Nisha Ramayya: 'Tracing the Muse in Women's Poetic Practice': A consideration of what the Classical Tradition (myth and poetry) has to offer contemporary feminist writers. Reading Rachel Blau duPlessis reading H.D. reading Sappho, the argument spins round one question - "what happens when the Muse writes?"

praxis by : Rachel Porcheret : ‘Scape’. It explores a poetics of imagined spaces by looking at spaces you cannot physically visit. Through images of mars and the words of dreams I am creating an artist book that investigates the production of and interaction with these spaces.
